Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for rolled prints only (excluding framed paper and stretched canvas options). If you're not happy with your rolled print, just send an email to studio@markpytlos.com and we can help with the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Before returning, we recommend packaging the print exactly as it was on arrival. This will minimize the likelihood of any damage in transit.

Return shipping fees will be paid by the collector. A refund will be issued as soon as your print arrives at our studio and we confirm it is damage-free. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like original art pieces, framed paper and framed canvas prints. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at studio@markpytlos.com.

Shipping policy

Prints

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our production schedule. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. information.

Duties & Taxes

Original paintings shipped to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Victoria Rose Park Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Framed paper prints shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes. If you receive such an invoice, please contact studio@markpytlos.com and provide the import invoice and we can issue a refund.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at studio@markpytlos.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
